Computing technologies, such as cloud computing, business intelligence, spatial database server, and high-performance computing, play key roles in geospatial technologies and applications. More importantly, since everything in the computer network has its own location, all of them are related to geospatial technologies and applications. Like the hottest term “.com” in the late of 90’s, “.geo” would be another hottest term and field in the coming decades.

Innovative research and application technologies are the brightest spotlights at COM.Geo conference. COM.Geo 2010 is the 1st international conference and exhibition on computing for geospatial Research and Application (R&A) with focuses on the latest computing technologies for multidisciplinary research and development that enables the exploration in geospatial areas. COM.Geo Conference is an exclusive event that connects researchers, developers, scientists, and application users from academia, government, and industry in both computing and geospatial fields. Call For Submissions

COM.Geo is a leading-edge conference for computing for geospatial research and application. We invite you to submit research or application papers, tech talks and/or posters, to organize special sessions, courses, panels, and workshops. This is a good opportunity to demonstrate your work at the conference.

All the accepted conference papers and abstracts will be published by ACM in the conference proceedings and ACM Digital Library. Selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to appear in high-quality books or journals on special editions.
